Save $100 on conference registration. When you register for the conference join APA Division 48: Society for the Study of Peace, Conflict, and Violence.

What Registration includes

  • Meals — continental breakfast each morning, box lunches Friday and Saturday, buffet lunch on Sunday, Friday evening reception, and refreshments during meeting breaks

  • All presentations, workshops, and work group meetings

  • A scheduled group tour of the University of Notre Dame campus and the Kroc Institute

  • Participation in the Paper-in-a-Day event, March 8, 2018, if accepted (see Paper-in-a-Day)

Registration Types

Member — APA Division 48: Society for the Study of Peace, Conflict, and Violence members and affiliate members with dues paid are eligible for Member registration rates.

Student — Persons who are currently enrolled for at least ½-time study at a regionally-accredited institution are eligible for student rates. Evidence of student status will be requested.

Student members with Division 48 scholarship — All student members of APA Division 48 are eligible to receive a $100 conference scholarship from Division 48. This opportunity is open to the first 100 student members who are Division 48 members and who register before the early registration deadline. There is no separate application or requirements, just register for the Student Member with Scholarship registration type. In order to avoid misunderstandings applicants will be asked to provide documentation of their student status.

Paper-in-a-Day

If you intend to apply to participate in the Paper-in-a-Day event, March 8, 2018, find information about it at PeacePsychology.org/PaperinaDay.

Cancelation Policy

You will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee if you provide written cancellation notice on or before February 1, 2017. The refund cannot be processed until after the conference is concluded.

Housing Reservations

Reservations at Morris Inn on the University of Notre Dame campus must be made by calling Morris Inn reservations directly —  800 280-7256. Mention that you are participating in Psychology and Peace 2018. Room rates are $179 per night. You may also ask about lower rates or discounts for which you may qualify (AAA, AARP, etc). One hundred rooms have been set aside in Morris Hall for Psychology and Peace 2018.
